Miracles do happen...don’t give up hope

My husband and I started our first round of IVF in October after being diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I was on long protocol and had started Buserelin. 5 days later AF was due but didn’t show up. I have never been late but put it down to the injections. I finally decided to test the following day expecting a negative but there it was...2 lines...a BFP!

I know ladies are always asking about symptoms so here were mine...

Around week 4-5 - I had a very small amount of brown cm which lasted a couple days.

Week 5 - sore, heavy boobs and all day nausea with occasional vomiting.

Week 6 onwards - severe nausea and vomiting lasting all day.

I am now 13 weeks and symptoms are just starting to ease slightly. Baby appeared well on the scan. I can’t believe we are here and am so grateful to be in this lucky position.

Never give up hope xx
