First stims scan - need advice!

Hello everyone hope you are all okay!

I have been for my first stims scan today, my lining is nice and thick although I have 60+ follicles all under 8mm!!

I need some advice on what can improve my follicles to grow and I have my next scan on Friday.

I was on 150 Menopur and they have just phoned me to increase it to 225 Menopur so hopefully this has more effect too but just wondering if there is anything extra that I can do to help?

I think 8mm on first scan sounds ok, I was similar I think and had to up meds and all was fine
