Vitamin A? Sweet potatoes?
I can't see a problem it doesn't state to avoid them. They're highly nutritional just don't go over board as with anything just stay away from the obvious. 💗🤗😘
As far as I know it's vitamin A from animal sources (like those found in supplements) that are the problem and plant based sources are ok. My clinic told me I was fine to eat carrots so sweet potatoes should be ok. Just don't go crazy with them. X
Thanks all x
Yes definitely you could eat them my dr suggested me to consume a normal daily diet. keeping a check that whether essential prenatal vitamins have been administered or not.
Vitamin A helps in cell repair, skin cell production and what not things in the growth of baby. it is indeed a must in your diet. everything excessive will def has some or other mal-effect.
So talk to a specialist or your dr to know the foods you should consume before you judge by your own and end up eating not up the right things.
Hope it helps, as i had eaten well exercised well and had a beautiful natural delivery in my hands.
