1 day post EC

Hi all!! So yesterday was my egg collection, 15 eggs from 18 follicles. Had my update from the embryologist after the most anxious wait ever and was told 14 out of my 15 had fertilised!! Preliminary transfer of a day3 is set for monday depending on how my 14 are doing but i have to get an endometrial scan first as my lining was 6.3 at collection and they want it to be 7. Is there anything I can do? I had to take my trigger shot as buserelin 36 hours before and pregnyl after collection as i was at risk of OHSS (had 25 follicles all between 18&25mm) Im so happy that 14 made ut with natural IVF, as they thought it might had to be ICSI due to my hubbys 1st sample (he actually went and produced a 2nd sample after collection which was rocking) any advice on the lining would be great and thanks for reading i just needed to talk ❤xx

I have been told by my acupuncturist that beetroot juice helps, hot water bottle on tummy, keep your feet warm, reduce exercise. My consultant told me to stop going to the gym. Not sure how much it will help but can’t go any harm ?
