Hot flushes - HELP!

Hi all

I had a chemical pregnancy two weeks ago... has anyone else experienced hot flushes post BFN/chemical pregnancy? I am getting the odd few throughout the day and waking up in the night to them too... people at work are joking around that I’m going through early menopause which clearly I do not find amusing and is worrying me!!! 😤
