Even more confused and stressed

So after my confused post this morning I’m even more confused!!

Three positive opks today, but now I’m bleeding.

TMI warning, but after sex I went to the loo and loads of pinkish blood.. does this mean the opk is crap? Am I ovulating? Did I get my hopes up for nothing?

Some people get light bleeding during ovulation, need not necessarily be always but can happen sometimes. Also if you've seen the spotting after sex it could be as well some minor pokes while sex, happens sometimes. I think it's best not to blame the OPK yet. Just DTD for another day and wait for signs of pregnancy. Wish you luck!

It’s only there when I wipe, been to the loo about 50 times since and all seems clear? So could just be poking during sex? Never had that before.. so hoping it’s positive! So will keep DTD and see what happens!

I'm not 100% sure but sounds like it could be just the sex. It's absolutely normal while having sex. I too stained once. Be it sex or ovulation I don't think you should panic just yet. DTD is a must though if you want to make the most of your ovulation. Rest just luck.

The OPK pinpoints a 4-day window. But just to make sure we seize the opportunity well enough we go on DTD for 7-8 days - adding a couple of days before and after the fertility window. I didn't have a baby yet but that's for some other infertility issues. The DTD, however, worked perfectly to give me a couple of BFPs. So yeah, that's important no matter what.

Hey lovely. I have slight slipping in my cervix, so sometimes I can bleed like this. I also think in your last post you said you’d got on it with the BD, so... could just be that! I’d trust the OPK if it’s not heavy. Have you tried acupuncture btw? If not, find a fertility specialist and get them to support you. There’s so much they can do to regulate your cycle and get you ovulating routinely. xx

Yes only bled when I wiped. Stopped last night.. another opk this morning and still positive! I’ve looked at acupuncture but it’s really expensive!

Cheaper than IVF and think of it as an investment... if it helps you get pregnant, it will be worth it!! x
