Hiya, did the gel today around 5ish went for a walk ect then I have just been for a wee and had loads of white discharge ... Think its the gel is this normal and do I need to do the gel again? Thank you x

It's normal for some of the gel to come out so don't worry, the consultant said to me cleaning out your vagina (although not very pleasant) helps to stop the build up and this happening x
