High DNA fragmentation

Hi Everyone, sorry I've been AWOL for a while but we've just been sourcing a new clinic, having appointments and some tests to see if we can get to the bottom of our unexplained infertility. Today our consultant said that hubby' s comet test showed high DNA fragmentation. His results have previously been fine so this is a bit of a shock. We've been advised to see a male fertility specialist and he's already taking proxeed. I just want to reassure him so any ideas what happens next? Any success stories with anything similar? My clinic recommends condensyl or menevit (search online) rather than proxeed, might be worth looking into. Clinic I'm with have excellent results so I trust them x
