Panicking

Hi all I'm having a panic! We had our transfer yesterday and I realised this morning I forgot to change my oestrogen patches on Sat - supposed to change them every three days. I've put the new ones on now and I phoned the clinic and they reassured me that it should be fine and that my oestrogen levels won't just drop immediately but I'm still feeling a bit worried. Am trying to calm down. I can't believe I did that - I've been so careful otherwise. I'm sure it will all be ok and I've not had any spotting or anything. I'm glad I'm off work today. Deep breaths xx

Hope your OK honey. God first day and it panic mode. I don't know much about these patches but if the clinic has reasurred you and you've got it on now I'm sure you'll be just fine. Good luck for vthe rest of two xx

I’m sure the clinic wouldn’t reassure you if they didn’t mean it. It probably happens a lot. Try not to worry. I know that’s easier said than done xx
