Genes and fertility

I thought this article about the fertility "master gene" in today's Guardian science section may be of interest to some (if you haven't seen it already):

It's also a reminder that some things are out of our hands - that miscarriages can happen because of our genes (which we're powerless to control) and not because of anything at all that we've done wrong.
