Wow - what an amazing day! Egg transfer this morning. All went amazingly well.
Our little embie survived the thaw 100% and we was told we had a very good looking blastocyst transferred!
Now the 2ww! 😕❤🍀

I'm having mine on Saturday. Taking some time off after, are you plan to carry on as normal or take or very easy? I'm confused by the various views online, my clinic said to go back to work. I have a very stressful job though so taking some time off.
Good luck for Saturday! Im in the same position as you, my job is super stressful & i dont think its a good idea for me to be there in the 2ww, if something goes wrong i wont forgive myself. So ive self certified this week & hoping to get signed off for next week. Im planning on spending my days off doing nice relaxing things. Not stressing about work! Ive also read all different stories online but ultimately its upto you & how you feel 💕
That's exactly how I feel!
I had hoped for an Indian summer to do nice things out doors but that's not looking likely.
I figure the most important is the first week but I'll see how I feel in week 2. My friends tell me to just ring in sick but it's not in my nature.

It would have been nice wouldn't it. Im still planning on getting wrapped up & taking my little dog to the beach when the rain stops, lunches with friends & reading/watching boxsets.
I have never had a sick day at my job. Im not like that either so by having this time off i feel guilt free. Im going to see how i feel Friday & then decide about next week 😕

I had mine yesterday afternoon, it all went fine, one top quality blastocyst developed making the choice easy, the other 4 will be checked again today and either frozen or disguarded deepending on their progress (kinda sad thought). They were quite delayed bringing me in and got emotional while waiting, which isn't like me!
Feeling very strange, happy but nervous I guess. How are you?

This whole process is like a yoyo- so up and down on every aspect.
I fee ok - had a down day yesterday, some days are just hard to stay positive. Countdown to OTD is truly on now. Less then a week to go 😊 xox
I suppose in a normal scenario we wouldn't even be aware all this was going on.
This is my first time so all new to me.
Hope you're doing ok, bound to have up and down days, so will I I'm sure. 6 days is nothing, just think how happy you'll be when you see those 2 lines 😃

I'm off work this week to avoid any stress but due back the following week, due to test the Wednesday of that week.
I'll see how I feel, if necessary I'll take a few more days off.
I've never had a positive test so I don't know how I'll react!
Thats the same as me i was off the first week & now been signed off for next week. My job is so demanding & stressful i decided not to be there until after test day!
Me neither,the thought of seeing a positive result rather then negative makes me feel sick with excitement 😂 xox
Mine is really stressful too and I have to travel a lot, I do not want to be on my own abroad taking the test.
