Day 5 post FET

Hiya I am currently at Day 5 post FET I have very bloated stomach constant cramps and nausea 😞 Not sure if these are good or bad signs 😓 This is my first round of IVF I am 26 I had to have a FET as I over stimulated on my cycle has anyone experienced these symptoms? I am going out my mind in this wait to do a test 😭 Xx

I'd say if you are really going loopy then do a test, but don't be too distraught if it is bfn because you are still super early. I am currently 8dpt (fet) and i tested on day 6 and got a bfp. I only tested because on day 5 I had a sore back and felt very premenstrual so I was sure it had not taken. Hang on in there, but do test if it will give you any relief.

I'm going to try and wait as long as I can hopefully I'll still be sane by the end of it 😂 Congratulations on your bfp! It's good to know that people have had cramps and still got a bfp! Xx

I'm 5dp5dt and I literally posted this morning about feeling nauseous and even though I know it can't be symptoms as it's so early my brain is going crazy! Try and hang in there until OTD if you can xx

Sure doesn't, I feel like I should be use to it as this is my 4th time but I'm not. Day 5, what day was your frozen? Xx

The same frozen at day 5 aww really I suppose each cycle doesn't get easier either it's such a hard a stressful thing to go through isn't it ! I've read Day 5 or better as if they are frozen at day 3 it's mean they wouldn't have lasted till day 5 but not sure if it's true or not as only what I've read online xx

It sure is and each cycle is so different so I'm just trying not to compare. Yeah that's what I was told, day 5 is when ideally they want to put them back but if they think they'll survive better back where they belong they'll transfer them earlier. Have you got many frozen? Xx

I'm worried now because I've bin reading about the lining of your uterus has to be so many mm thick no one has test mine I'm on a natural FET so I'm not on any medication at all or had no scans I just went in 6 days after I ovulated which I used the clear blue sticks 😓 I have 8 left frozen xx

I've only had medicated FET cycles so sorry I can't offer much knowledge on natural but I'm sure if that's what they said to do everything is fine, are you using any pessaries or is it all completely natural post transfer to xx

Completely natural so literally nothing I haven't heard of anyone having a natural one like this either 😞 Alls can do is hope for the best 🤞🏼 Xx

I've read other women than have done natural FET cycles so try not to worry to much. All your symptoms sound promising to considering you can't put any of them down to medication. When's your OTD? Xx

Kirsty the 2ww is horrid. I had emotional days and really positive days. Just try and remain calm and relaxed. Some symptoms are just the meds in your system still. Remain positive and look after yourself! ❤️

Try and take your mind off it. The less stressed you are the better. Keep busy and wait it out until test day! Sounds promising to me Good luck!

These symptoms are caused by progesterone support you are having. I would say wait as much as you can before testing. Good luck hope you get your magical BFP ➕🤞🏻

Thank you 🤞🏼 I'm not actually having any medication they done a natural FET so not too sure if symptoms are a good or bad sign I over stimulated on my ivf cycle In July so had to wait for 2 periods to have my FET 😞 Xx

Ohh are you not on cyclogest pessaries? If that so I would say symptoms are promising. Keeping fingers crossed for you

Nope nothing they told me not to use them I just went in 6 days after I got my ovulation smiley on the clear blue tests and they done the FET I'm really worried as bin reading about how your uterus lining has to be so many mm thick they haven't checked foR mine 😓 Xx

Hey, just wanted to say I felt the same as you and unfortunately it didn't work and I wasn't pregnant. That being said I read soooo many things about symptoms and they mirror pregnancy symptoms because of the meds you are given, I think you will just have to wait it out and try and keep busy, I know that wasn't much help, but the symptoms made me so positive and I had a hard fall fingers crossed you get your positive though, good luck. Xx
