Am just doing the dreadful IVF google and have come across a 'mindfulness IVF' app which states it will help through each stage. Has anyone had experience of this? X

Thank you- find it so hard to relax I am thinking that anything is worth a try xx

I came across some hypnotherapy tracks while googling and gave them a listen. Relaxing music also helps xx

I have t seen the ivf mindfulness app (going to look now) but I find the 'Headspace' app really helpful, especially if you've never tried mindfulness before.

I didn't get on with the Headspace. Have been to mindfulness sessions and meditation where I go for yoga- love it but when I get home I can't seem to do it x

I do mindfulness sometimes. It helps to relax me. Worth a try at least xx

I used an IVF belief CD which has 3 tracks - down reg, stimulation and embryo transfer... I only got as far as the stimulation one as we had everything frozen but I found them really good and they put me in a very positive mindset (which is good because I am a right calamity Jane usually!!) I got it from Amazon... not sure if I can share the link here but I can pm it to you if you would like... x

There are lots on YouTube too - I searched IVF meditation & loads came up. I found it really helpful & relaxing...xx
