12 week scan today feeling anxious

Hi everyone

I have my 12 week scan today at 11.20 and am feeling very nervous,anxious and totally terrified if I'm honest!

I have been having odd tummy pains which I am unsure if is baby or flare up of IBS which is not helping my anxiety. I just this miracle baby to be strong and healthily more than anything
