Right ladies I'm getting my mind and body in shape for September ! I'm going for the pre and post transfer acupuncture ... I'm requesting baby aspirin this time and I just wondered what people's thoughts were on endo scratching ? Is it painful ? Any successes ! Xxx

I've had 2 endo scratches both ending in unsuccessful cycles, my first cycle I didn't have it and fell pregnant but miscarried so for me personally I wouldn't have it again. I have however heard a lot of people have it and have positive results. It doesn't really hurt, it's just a little uncomfortable like a smear and it's over quite quickly. Good luck for whatever you decide xx

I'll be honest; first endo scratch wasn't too bad, more uncomfortable but very quick. Second one did hurt and wasn't so quick 😕 I definitely think it's worth doing though. I've had it in two out of three cycles and both resulted in a bfp. Maybe coincidence of course but worth a try... xx
