Should I be concerned

Hi

I had eggs collected on Monday and due to have the transfer on Saturday all being well. I was told there are currently 4 embryos in the running (each are 8 cells on day 3). I really hope they make it to Saturday. However I started heavy spotting today. I am so confused as surely I shouldn't be spotting now. It seems to have got heavier over the day. I do feel a bit sore though so maybe I am bleeding from the egg collection. Sorry if TMI. Has anyone else bled between egg collection and transfer?

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but best to speak to your clinic in the morning or did the egg collecton info sheet day anything eh give an emergency number or anything?

I had bleeding after EC lasted few hours and was told it could last 2/3 days I was told to take paracetamol every 4 hours to stop any pain, it was only light bleeding, If I was you I'd ring clinic in morning see what they say,

Thanks Diane. Fortunately the spotting has stopped and my clinic says to continue.x
