So the journey start, but there's a long way to go

I've been with my soon to be husband for nearly 2 years. I had come off the pill last year and been trying for a baby, we have been dealt a blow with both of us having fertility issues. I don't seem to be ovulating, and undergoing test on my tubes for this a psos. My partner has been diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome. The long and short of it is we feel devastated, and we have cried a lot! The chance of use conceiving together is practically not posible, so we are looking next at sperm donation, with the view, that I don't have anything wrong with my tubes! I felt like I was put on the earth to be a mum, and if I'm honest I feel slightly bitter, we are coming to term with things Slowly. Just wondered if anyone is or thinking about using sperm donation or going through it? Thank you in advance. And good luck to you all on your different journeys
