Tinned mackerel in olive oil??

Hi everyone I don't know if this is a silly question and could just google it but don't seem to get a Definitive answer! Is it ok to eat tinned mackerel everyday in pregnancy?? xx

I think you are meant to limit oily fish to twice a week because of mercury intake xx

Hun I don't know very well but I think mackerel oily fish.shouldnt consume everyday Hun.

Hi its really hard to know how much we can eat of certain things isn't it. I read that you are supposed to limit certain fish to 2 times a week, and some fish to avoid all together xxx
