Reflexology or massage?

Starting injecting for our first cycle a week on Monday (as long as blood pressure behaves tomorrow and I don't get too nervous at the doctors). I saw that a local salon specialize in fertility massage and reflexology. Has anyone tried either of these? Thanks x

I have fertility reflexology and find it really useful. My reflexologist is really supportive and knowledgeable. The reflexology is really relaxing and she helped me to give my period a kick start when it decided to be late for the start of my cycle. I had ec on wed so awaiting transfer so can't say if it has helped me get pregnant yet but it certainly helps me mentally and makes me feel like I'm in control of something. X

I have been going for reflexology for over a year now and absolutely love it. Helps me to relax and gain perspective. Also been to some meditation sessions! I've really missed my reflexology as have been unable to go during my treatment x

Choose reflexology.

Hi llc1987. I would say to discuss with your clinic first, because some of the oils used can interact with prescribed drugs, and some can even cause miscarriage. Hope all goes well with the cycle and good luck with whatever you decide to try. Diane
