Ivf again or hollistic programme

I just wanted to ask opinions of what people think. So a little background, I've had 4 ivfs and had a miscarriage on the 3rd attempt. I've had a laproscopy two months ago and have endometriosis and doctors don't agree as to whether I have pcos. Me and hubby have started a new hollistic plan which involves eastetn and western. So far we've changed diet to all organic ( which is meant to help with my type 1 diabetes) and it'll move on to changing cleaning products, my make up etc. After convincing my husband to do it, I'm really not motivated by it. I'm doing it but just not sure. Just thought i can't do ivf again but now just thinking to stop messing about and just do it. I really don't know. Then i can't handle the failure if it doesn't work. Just so confused.

Find a reflexologist who specialises on fertility. I found one after my tubes were removed, and so wish I'd known sooner as she's helped a lot of people conceive who've had a variety of issues.

Everything in moderation is more my motto, although I tend to indulge too much in the stuff that I shouldn't! I can't stick to a rigid plan/diet, makes me miserable which I'm sure then has the opposite effect that it's meant too.

Good luck with your journey, it's a hard long road but we're all fighters xx

Thanks for the reply.

The plan isn't rigid as such, it's just changing to a healthier plan. Our eating wasn't too baf anyway but it's kust gettimg the correct amount of protein v carb etc for my Weight etc. The lady I see aims us to reach 80% to what she says. So if we go out, not to stresd over it too much. Once diet is correct, It will then move on to fertility massage and acupuncture ( which I've had before). Just trying a drug free process. My hubby is also having a dna fragmentation test and I'll need a throorough thyroid check.

I just question whether this is this right approach or whether to jump straight into ivf again. Chances with ivf are slim but then I've never fallen naturally after 5 years so it's all confusing xxx

I think you might try acupuncture and/or combine your treatment with PGS NGS
