It's my first day back at work today... 4867 new emails gave me a headache. But physically I really ache.
My lower back and lower abdomen are really sore. Come or this be because it's my first day of sitting on my office chair etc or perhaps my body being tired?
It's only one week since my positive result... I've told Mr Emu I won't test again but I'm already starting to lose my magical belief that it worked.

Yup from the moment I found out until about 7 weeks I felt odd like I was about to come on. Cramps and aches and pinches. Then about 8 weeks it all went
They're definitely worse today. hope you're right.

I'm saying this to give you hope and calm but obviously I'm not a doctor and if your concerned phone your clinic or midwife. But the first few weeks are terrifying. Every little thing you will panic about and that is normal. Get some rest as soon as you are home xx
Listen to your body Hun , just rest when you get home , you prob feel ache cos your back at work . I remember the first 3 months of pregnancy feeling exausted and was more Torrington cos didn't want to tell anyone I was pregnant . Beleve it - you have a little human growing inside u . 😌😌😚

It's prob sitting at your desk all day. Can you maybe get a wee support for your back.
Once you announce your pregnancy they will likely do a H&S assessment of your work station. You will be pampered by footstools and armrests 😂😂
Re the test you are just having a wobble but if you want to test do it as it will just maybe restore your faith at least for a few hours!! I would prob test constantly so no point in me trying to discourage you.

I've had a relatively easy day at work. I even managed pessary-insertion without a glitch! I just don't want to be at work. I want to be at home until I've seen a professional to tell me the ivf has worked. And then I noticed I was hurting. You're right... Could be the damn stupid chair. Might see if there's a cushion! x

Yep totally normal and got to be the chair at work! Wen Im not at work Im fine, had this last week off no problems and now back to work today and back is killing me! I've got workplace assessment coming tomorrow to sort it out hopefully xx

You have been through so much to get to this point... that it's not surprising you are scared, looking for symptoms, scared where there are no symptoms. Scared when there are symptoms. I hope you can relax eventually and enjoy your pregnancy (easier said than done I know!). Just try and remember you deserve this so it's not too good to be true! I hope you are ok.
