Good luck with your cycle,

It's all I think of since I went back to the doctors last April,

Brain won't shut off just constantly thinking of the plan if it work etc etc. I think all of us go through it, I've got till July till I start driving me mad lol

Good luck with your cycle xx

I founderstand the whole idea of IVF/ICSI so overwhelming. When our lovely nurse asked what I was worried about I burst into tears and said "Everything"! In particular I was worried about the injections as I'm a wimp. They were fine though. It helped me to have a time line that broke the cycle into smaller chunks, I ticked each step off and this seemed to help me from thinking too much about next steps. I didn't discover this site until round 2.

Hiya starting your IVF journey is so exciting and nerve wrecking ' I was so excited that I was actually beginning to make our baby after all of the waiting ! Unfortunately our first ICSI was a bfn however we gained two ❄️❄️ Frosties that we are going ahead with in July ! ... I found the actual IVF part great I actually liked the injections the scans the egg collection ! It was all fine ! It was the TWW I found mentally exhausting ! I downloaded the Headspace app to help me through the two weeks, especially as I suffer with anxiety ! It's free and only 10 mins a day! My counsellor at the hospital recommended it to me... if I could give any advice it's not to test early !! I did then ended up with a bfn 8 days before my OTD and ended up crying and still hoping anyway ! It was awful I wish I'd just enjoyed the thought I could possibly be pregnant for a little longer ! And even if you get a bfn your still hoping that it'l change by OTD even the day before I still had hope ! Don't test early !! All the best ❤️❤️❤️

I am just syncing with donor at mo, ready for it all to go ahead in June. Stress levels growing and think my head will explode or I will at anytime. Headspace app sounds good baby85, will give it a go. Work a bit of a mare as everything carries on regardless! You are right, I can't stop thinking about it all either. Very consuming!

Hey I've just started down regulating today for my 3rd cycle!! I spent a lot of time on this site and it's been massive help not only for info, advice but the support is amazing!! Good luck!xx

The voices in our heads can be the worse. I've being doing yoga and mediation and mindfulness to help calm all the racing thoughts and it has definitely helped. I'm also doing acupuncture which I find nice and relaxing. Wishing the best of luck with your treatment xxx
