Anyone tried reflexology?

I think I must be going mad I'm so desperate to get pregnant that I'm trying literally anything altering everything I can think of to try and improve my chances. I have heard reflexology can help, but I'm not convinced if I'm honest. Just booked my first appointment any experiences would be welcome!!

Hi honey I took the reflexology approach as the NHS wouldn't help me. I found it Massively beneficial for my health and well being. Had been TTC for 5 years with no answer to why it wasn't working. I did reflexology on and off for 6 months and maybe it's a coincidence or maybe not but I fell pregnant and now we're 14 weeks. Make sure the person is a fertility specialist i think there are so many people can just sense our desperation and happy to take your money for nothing. my lady is essex / Suffolk boarders so too far to recommend to you in sorry. Hi Bec-A. Lots of women try reflexology and find it very beneficial. Just be aware of any oils used when you get near to treatment time, as some oils etc can sometimes interfere with the prescribed medication. Good luck and I hope you enjoy it. Diane
