First injection done

So just had my first buserelin and first gonal f injections

Buserelin didn't really hurt gonal f stung a bit more but it's done I survived x

Glad it wasn't too bad! Put ice on you first to numb area that's what I do. Hot water bottle after x

I'm going to get a hot water bottle tomorrow and I will try the ice x

Hi ladies how long do you leave your hot water bottle on for? I asked my nurse about this and she said not to use a hot water bottle until after egg collection and then not again after transfer x

Hey Natalie, hope all continues to goes well. The wife is due for the 1st scan on Friday ( if all goes well and starts her bleed), they will do a scan fur lining, then we will start injections. How was it? We wer advised that these injections have to be taken twice a day. I've never or the wife in fact administered injections ourselves, so just wanted to find out what your personal experience was like.

It wasn't too bad I had my husband to do it as I don't think I could inject myself but also want to make him as much of a part of this

The needle didn't hurt the solution stung a bit but that's it
