Quick question on 'day one'

Hi just to check, if I start my period tomorrow or Sunday (they closed weekends)and then ring the clinic Monday morning does this count as day one? Thanks

Hey Hun I started on a Sunday but they asked what time I started and as I had started in the afternoon they counted Monday as day one. Hope this helps

My clinic advised same as NDE1987 , depends on timing if before midday it's considered as day 1, if after midday the following day is considered as day 1
