Progesterone question

Only a question out of interest, 6 months ago my day 21 progesterone was 35 so docs were happy I was ovulating, and this month I asked for a retest to make sure I still am, and the result is 65! Does this mean anything at all, does anyone know?x

Hi Orla9298. The Day21 progesterone test is taken as you are entering the luteal phase, so should read more than 30 nmol/L. Up to 90 is fine, you are still ovulating. High results - more than 60 can sometimes mean that you have released two eggs, but can't be proven without scanning - you-re fine! Diane
