So after years of back and forth to the docs about periods being absent and PCOS.. they have finally told me they will start the process for fertility help on the NHS, we are a same sex female couple.. has anyone had experience of this? I just don't know what to expect next!
Thank you xxx

Hey my friends had IUI privately then got funded with IVF, they each had a go and on the second round she got pregnant using her partners eggs, so it can happen. She gave birth about a month ago to a boy. All the best to you.xx
Hi jadejacobs-Brooks. You will be treated just the same as any couple, so try not to worry about it too much. I speak to lots of same sex female couples, who go on to have success. Not all of them succeed od course, but most do. Just be careful with your BMI as PCOS sufferers have a tendency to have increased weight issues. Hopefully you are not one of them. Anyhow, I do wish you both huge luck with all of this, and of course for success. A website you might like to see is pinkparents.org.uk Diane
