Freaking out, FET today but will they be able to tell if I'm already pregnant naturally?

Hi all, having a fet today but also hoping for a natural pregnancy to benefit from all the steroids etc I've been taking this time. If I'm pregnant (guessing nearly same size embryo as the fet?) will it show and therefore not need the fet? Please advise, appointment later today, argh!!!

Thanks tamtam, I thought would be too early to show.. I was hoping to see something on the scan but I think that would be unlikely. I'll go and buy a test now, fingers crossed! Hope alls well with you xx
