Feeling so unwell

I don't know if it's just me but since I've been on this nasal spray I've felt really unwell.

Is anyone else on it or taken it before ? Really feel rubbish . Head is hurting more and more ( not headache but just the scalp feels so tender)

And today I've felt a bit nauseous .

Am so fed up.

Any advise is very welcome. Thanks

How long have you taken it for now hun? Have you spoken to your clinic at all? I've not been on the spray, I had the injections instead and was on short protocol (no down regs) but they made me nauseous, very bloated and emotional. Try to ask the clinic about the scalp thing and that will put your mind at rest. Xx

Hi Aimaim77. So sorry to hear that you have been suffering while on the Buserelin. Unfortunately, one of the common side effects is headache. This is nothing to worry about unless it becomes really severe and affects your eyesight, which is rare. Remember that it is a hormone that switches off your female ones for a bit, so that they can check for any cysts on your ovaries and that the lining of your womb is thin before you start the stimulation injections. The spray works on a tiny gland in your brain called the pituitary gland, and this is why a headache is common. The feelings you are getting are quite normal for this stage of the treatment, so let’s hope that as you move on you will soon feel better. Diane
