Well done Hun your a star. I have emailed my local press but they are not likely to be in a position to help, I thought worth a try. A friend of mine has put it on twitter and other than fb I am a little stuck too. You are doing a fabby job 👍 a little worried it may start to loose momentum

The guidelines clearly state the entitlements regarding IVF yet these CCGs think it's their right to deny many couples who desperately need funded IVF.

It really makes me really angry. Infertility is not an illness people chose to have. 😡

I think it should be means tested. That way it would be fairer and those who couldn't financially afford IVF more would access help.

we were denied NHS funding as I have a child from a previous relationship. Never mind my poor hubby who works hard and pays his taxes and national insurance every month isn't a Dad and isn't valid by our CCG to have the right to be a father 😡 Yet 2 counties near us (literally a few miles) would've granted us funding. It's so unfair. 😳

How did you set this petition up? I think I would like to set one up for my CCG for those like myself or maybe their partner has a child from a relationship being refused funding. If one of you dose not have a child tge CCG should honour that. Who are these people to play God with people's lives?!! ️Sorry rant over!

Your totally right Jess it's like living in a dinosaur age. It breaks my heart to hear people being denied treatment when infertility and not having a family has such a huge impact on our daily lives, relationships and mental wellbeing!!!!! Thank you so much for your vote.

Unfortunately as liz1985 found they will only run one petition at a time so if you can share this one with family, friends, put on social media that would be great!

I have written to my local mp and ccg so that may be worth a try? At least it gets horrid feelings off your chest for a bit lol.
