Infertility Network UK will be holding a Skype online chat “Managing stress and looking at Mindfulness” on Monday 29th February between 8-9pm.

The guest speaker will be Hilary Knight, I N UK’s Support Group Coordinator in Northern Ireland. Hilary will discuss mindfulness and offer some practical tips on managing stress and will be followed by a Q & A session.
