1st scan day 6 today of injections

I had my first scan today and 6th day for injections. 5 more after today . Have only 1 follicles and another scan Monday next week. Also have an cyst on my ovary. Not feeling very positive anyone else have this happen. 1st time IVF. 😕

Hi, I haven't got any useful advice but will be going through my 1st and only crack at IVF in the next months. I've been following this forum for ages to see what the process is like from others' experiences. I just wanted to reply to wish you all the very best and say that I think you're being brave doing this and to dig deep and keep going. Hopefully news will be better for you at your next scan. Best of luck. Remember it only takes 1 egg.... I'm at a similar stage to you, 6 day scan yesterday and 10 day on Sat with EC planned for Monday hopefully. Keep in touch and we can share any useful tips xx

Hi Macca13. More injections just might do the trick. Some women are slow to start. However, the clinic will keep an eye on that cyst so that it doesn't get too large and prevent other follicles from developing. Good luck. Diane
