Hi, I've not had a frozen cycle but for any pregnancy, you should be taking your folic acid and vitamin supplements for a couple of months before conception. You probably already know this, so I hope you're already taking them!

I have heard that the success rate for frozen is really good, so I wish you well with it and hope it all works out.

I have had a fet and i think my main advice would be try and stay stress free and eat plenty of protein. Apparently pineapple is good for your uterus lining, not sure if its a rumour or an old wives tale. Good luck and all the best xx

Just had fet and it worked. I did accupuncture, to help relax and to improve my fertility, also ate brazil nuts and pineapple post transfer. I took the day off after transfer as work has been stressful. Good luck. Lx

Acupuncture pre and post maybe start about 6 weeks before. My clinic told me pineapple and Brazil nuts are a myth. Each to their own x
