Gallbladder sludge

I was diagnosed with gallbladder sludge about a month ago. I have no pain. Doctor wants me to eat healthy and exercise which is what I am doing. But is it possible to ever reverse or flush out the sludge? Anyone who was able to get rid of their sludge?

For many people it will clear up without problems but can lead to stones. Generally switching to a mostly plant based diet will reduce it but it is an individual thing as it a function of your individual chemistry. Like most things regular exercise may help as well and if you are overweight that adds to the problem.

Hi Jason, do yourself a HUGE favour and follow the Andreas Moritz Gallbladder Flush. I was suffering from sharp pains that had me keel over and thankfully the pharmacy/herbal dispensary I bought supplements from had it on the shelf so I followed it and exactly as is promised a crazy number of gall bladder and liver stones were removed (~550) painlessly by bowl movements. You can't take short cuts with it. The first step is drinking a kidney tea that dissolves those sharp stones, then a liver tea to soften the liver stones. A tincture as well. Then you induce them to come out. The teas you'll have to mix yourself. I can guide you to the wholesaler suppliers in the US I use. I reversed a fatty liver by low carb diet and exercise....with out serious damage to our bodies most anything can be reversed ,

A year or less from 1 scan to the next but I still have to stay on this low carb diet for life.
