I’ve been reading and making changes in my meal planning. Protein is my concern at this point.

I’m researching the different types of protein powder.

Has anyone have an input or experienced by trying them?

I will. I’m getting so much info from this forum. I am taking notes. And writing a list from the grocery store. Getting motivated to try new recipes.
