Diagnosed with fatty liver. Is completely normal. That is what I was told.
Not always- if you don't lose weight or change your diet it could cause inflammation & scarring & sometimes can lead to cirrhosis . That's what I heard.
I've been told NOTHING, still!!
I have a diagnosis of NAFD/NASH , no advice or treatment . My brother who is also T2DM was diagnosed recently with NAFLD and is being further investigated, informed of potential treatment options and never once did they tell this adorable telly tubby to lose weight
