Fatty liver in biopsy but not scans
Hiya, I’m just curious if anyone has had a similar experience where their
liver
biopsy results shows signs of
fatty
liver
but ultrasounds/CT show an enlarged
liver
but no
fatty
liver
signs. I’m wondering if this means it’s extremely early stages maybe?

I’ve been reading a lot about the progression of
liver
disease from
fatty

onwards. I have read that all types of scans can detect
fatty
liver
and other problems.

Pain below right ribcage
I have been on a diet since this started and I've lost 18lbs, but still have
fatty
liver
. None of my imaging tests have shown an enlarged liver. I don't understand this. Has anyone here had a similar situation?

NHS Targeted Lung Check
However, might they also detect
Fatty
Liver
, Fibrosis or Cirrhosis etc too? Can't see anything to this effect but wondered whether anyone has been diagnosed via this procedure?

I have been diagnosed with severe
fatty

Stabbing pains
I’m in the middle of all my tests - looks like I have (perhaps) fibrosis F2/F3 and severe
fatty
liver
. And some mild portal gastropathy. However it’s a pain in the upper abdomen that’s confusing me.

CAP score of 299, diagnosed with Cirrhosis
My fibroscan showed 19.6 LSM score and 299 CAP, with a grade 4
fatty
liver
. I have recently started cleaning up my diet and taking some medicine to reduce insulin resistance. I am extremely disturbed and nervous as I struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Liver Palms
I have been diagnosed with
fatty
liver
and have the red "Liver palms" I have been told this is a warning sign for a damaged liver. I have been abstaining for 2 weeks now.Can anyone tell me roughly how long this will last or does it only go away when my liver is back to normal? Thanks in advance.
