HiHe's had a scan a few months ago on bladder and kidneys. Results were one kidney larger than what it should be at his age and bladder half full but no explanation as to what next steps or what this means.
Not been asked to measure fluid intake etc
To be honest the specialist don't seem to be that bothered.
Could he just be avoiding using the school toilets? It seems to be a boy thing, I remember my son had issues with that when he started high school, and my husband would go to great lengths to avoid using the toilets at his work.
Yes I think that could be part of problem. He's said he doesn't like going on his own, I've asked his teacher to encourage him to go. He often leaves it until he's desperate to goI've asked if anything wrong at school but he loves school and has some good friends.
Hoping it's a phase he's going through.
Just need to tackle night time wetting! Challenging
I don't know what would help there, if he had a tena man or similar at school, and a reward for every day he was dry?Night time is a different story, my gd is 11 and is still having several large settings every single night, drynites can't even hold half of what she puts out.
