Hiya, My son is in small men’s Tena pants/nappies. I think you can also get them in extra small. We are getting them on the NHS currently as he’s lost bowel control (he’s 9) . The continence nurse measured his hips to work out which size to use. They are really good for poo, very strong so I imagine they would be the same for urine.
