Giggle incontinence

Hello

I'm new here.

I'm the grandmother of a 5 year old boy who has been diagnosed as having giggle incontinence.

He had previously been wetting at other times during the day, but since being put on to Oxybutynin and a sachet of Movicol a day, this seems to have completely stopped.

However the "accidents" when giggling still continue at home and at school. I have heard that the detrusor muscle can be targeted using Ritalin. And that this can be a solution for giggle incontinence.

Does anyone have any experience of this, or know anything about it?

Thank you
