No, but it does have an impact on how much I can pack for the other members of my family. I did wonder whether I could get a larger allowance as I need to pack at least twice as many clothes for her.

No, but it does have a major impact on how we manage our holiday and sometimes where we go. It takes more planning ahead and when you're there, especially if going abroad, we need to know where toilet facilities are when out for the day and carry plenty of supplies in case of accidents.

We had to take our son's Peristeen irrigation system with us to Mallorca las year and had to carry a card to explain to customs what was in his kit in the hope that they wouldn't embarrass him by unpacking it all in front of people, makes sure we had arranged for a supply of bottled water to be at the villa for when we arrived etc. We also had to take lots more clothes for him (so fewer for the rest of the family), pads, meds etc. We had to get up early every morning to administer his treatment before we could join the rest of the family for the day.

So no, it doesn't stop us taking a family holiday, it probably isn't most people's idea of a relaxing break though!

We make sure we have access to washing facilities which does cut down on some types of holiday but we have done long haul journeys making sure we have lots of supplies for the plane. I found it has made a difference to how I pack and it's more stressful for me but the family time soon makes up for it.

Yes in some circumstances as we are unsure of the night time arrangements. But also no as I've taken extra sheets and when I have raised it with our hosts they have been understanding. I also feel the need to raise it so it's recognised as a universal problem.
