Should I go to my doctor for help with my erection or just buy something of the shelf in the pharmacy.

You should really speak to your doctor so that any treatable causes like low testosterone or diabetes can be ruled out. Don’t be embarrassed. It’s more common than you think.

See your doctor and find out what is the underlying cause. Plus, I don’t know where you live but I don’t know of any non prescription items which will help much.

Definitely see your GP in order to rule out any underlying or developing health issues that may be contributory factors.

Go see your GP, get your bloodwork done to check your hormones. I don't know of any over the counter treatments that will come close to viagra/cialis. My favorites are cialis and PT-141. Both require a prescription here in the states.

First of all, issues like ED can be a sign of an underlying cardiac issue. you should see a urologist to make sure you have proper blood flow to the penis and rule out anything else. Nothing over the counter works. There is a ring called Giddy that you can try off amazon.... But go to a board certified urologist - hopefully someone fellowship trained in andrology to start.
