Hi i am taking Tadalafil now for about 4 years, but it is not working properly any more, i get an erection but i can not keep it even so i am turned on.I have also feeling very cold down there and been experiencing a very tight scrotum.

My question is, does anybody know of a stimulating "cream" i can use to get increased blood flow, to draw the blood down there?

The answer depends on whether the ED drug is working or NOT. In my experience, depending on what is causing the ED (High blood pressure/Diabetes/ any other issue), if that medical condition is not under control or has worsened, Viagra and Cialis can stop working.
