Hi ya,not being a techno phobe my self all my knowledge comes from my son my knowledge stopped around commodore 64 level but he has shown me how to create a note pad log, this I find an absolute gem on Neuro visits and a reference point for myself after printing the Neuro's copy.

On the bottom left of your screen after starting the computer you should see a blue circle with a windows logo inside, left click on this symbol once, this should bring up a list of programes and options, left click on the note book obtion,if no note book option appears in the list enter note book into the search box and press search this will bring up a blank screen reading untitled note pad,in the name file box enter Seizures 1 then left click on file on the top left of the screen then left click on save as,in the file name enter Seizures 1 left click on save.Job done you can leave the blue note pad icon at the bottom of the screen or save it to bookmarks either will take you to your last entry into the note book file.It might seem difficult on first reading but believe me it's very straightforward.

Hope all's well,Jim.

Hi ya,no problem as I said I'm no techno phobe but I've got a son who is.I used this method to get my diagnosis it was already shown I had Left TLE but the stimulus by logging all seizures and situations it turned out to be of audiogenic origin, just my luck it turns out it's more prevalent in rodents.

Stay in touch Jim.
