I am home from hospital after having surgery for epilepsy it went well just a few minor hiccups low pressure headaches

Lumbar drain put in and was sore was in for 2 weeks altogether and i am getting better everyday but i am very weak and cant stand up long

Amazing more like desperate lol one decision not to be taken lightly it has been a tough few weeks minus seizures so far and i am happy at that

Be patient, I am sure your weakness will retreat eventually. Glad to hear you are getting better. Here's hoping you will have a good 2014.

That sounds pretty good. After such major surgery no-one is likely to be back to normal straight away and I'm sure it won't be too much longer until you are feeling yourself again.

I didnt think it was going to be this bad tho i cant lift a finger without tiring myself out the neurosurgeon did say i would be tired wasnt expecting it this much lol suppose it makes the men of the house do much more and thats a bonus

Hello sorry to here about your awful symptoms due to Meds. I have been on alot of Meds for about 10 yrs combination Lamotrigine and Levetracetam it works well for me. See hour GP are you under a Neurologist also if so speak to the Specialist.

Hello folks well talk about a rough journey i was sick for six weeks solid all due to certain meds and not eatin correct its all good now tho eatin good no seizures no sick but still not sleepin properly not tired enough but its all good and i am happy

Hiya folks i am doing so much better i have much more energy been out walking myself all the normal stuff like housework ha ha still no seizures i couldnt be happier
