No endoscopy
I am sure the consultant by prescribing a beta blocker to help stop ascites forming but is it normal without an
endoscopy
first. It should be noted I was on a ventilator for 10 days for a non liver related infection and ultra sounds of the area taken regularly Have a great day. S.

endoscopy with vagal tachycardia
I am due to have an
endoscopy
exam but my tachycardia episodes are usually started with vagal stimulation. Even turning my head to the right or down can start an arrythmia which can last for hours. Has anybody else had an
endoscopy
?

Endoscopy frequency
I had an
endoscopy
when first diagnosed with PA and benign polyps were found. That was nearly 7 years ago; does anyone know if this test should be done regularly? Also, I have had symptoms recently that worry me a bit but they could be a result of the tail end of a lingering virus.

Endoscopy?
Hi all, just asking if anyone was in the same ‘panic mode’ when told I was going to need an
endoscopy
I haven’t seen it mentioned much before but when I told the nurse who did my pre-procedure check about how much I was dreading it, she suggested having it done through my nose!

Endoscopy Experience
Morning, I posted earlier about fretting regarding an upcoming
endoscopy
and had so many replies that I was quite put at ease and intended to have sedation. However, on the day, I elected to go with the throat spray as I was told that I could stop and have sedation at any time.

colonoscopy and endoscopy concerns
I am scheduled to have a colonoscopy and
endoscopy
in 1 week. My last colonoscopy was 8 years ago and the two colonoscopies before that found nothing but hemorrhoids ( all colonoscopies were pre CLL diagnosis in Oct of 2017).

Pain after an Endoscopy
I had an
endoscopy
two weeks ago mainly looking to see if I needed any banding. I was lucky as this was not required and would not need another
endoscopy
for 3 years.

He said we don’t deal with bands ( fine) but I will send you for a
endoscopy
. On the Mycare app he had written a letter to my Gp stating not to give B12 injections she’s just low! She’s obese! But will give me a
endoscopy
and take some biopsies!

Well I got my
endoscopy
results back last week and everything looked good they tested MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: 1, 2) Sections show fragments of duodenal mucosa. The crypt-villous ratios are normal. The surface epithelium has no significant lymphocytic infiltrate.

h pylori on endoscopy but negative on stool and blood test
More recently I had an
endoscopy
because I got to the point where I felt really full and have barely eaten for months, although, in October last year this made my symptoms improve. I had an
endoscopy
in January this year that suggested portal hypertension.

No to Lansoprazole
Endoscopy
showed only minor gastric damage and no other issues, so it must be doing something to contain the hiatus hernia which is sliding 3cm. She also more or less ruled out surgery. 40mg per day .

Endoscopy was a bust.............
I got to the hospital fairly early for my apt. at 1.30pm and i was the second patient on the list. Dr lee came to see me and he was lovely. He has hinted that i might need a valve replacement as it is thickening quite a lot. I don't remember much about it as the sedation was working and afterwards

I have had an

with the all clear, currently taking Lanzoprozole and gaviscon, some days worse than others. Wanted to know if anyone suffered the same to see if it’s hormone related. Thanks
