Hey, I am 35 next month and still with no children, however this has been out of choice through, not being ready and being on depo injection for 7 years to help with endo. I am wonderig if any ladies that are over 35 who have endo have gotten pregnant?

when you were diagnosed with endo, were you given details of where the endo was? xx
It depends where the endo is/was and if it has affected any organs. If it doesnt interfere with organs for fertility, then there is no reason why you couldnt have a baby.
Even women with cases of severe endo that have been told its unlikely to get pregnant, they had babies. xx

I fell pregnant when I was 38 after 1 year of trying. I didn't realise I had Endo at that point. I have been trying for a 2nd baby for 3 years now with no luck. During this time I started to have ovulation pain which was pain in my pelvis and a dragging feeling down my legs. I still ignored this and thought it was normal as was the awful pain I had every month during my period but I'd had that for years and thought it was the same for every woman. I was sent to a fertility specialist because I had been trying to fall pregnant for some time. He suggested a lap just to rule out Endo and came back with the result of stage 3. I had a 2nd lap to remove the Endo back in August. I'm 41 now still not pregnant but I'm trying acupuncture as my last stab at having another child. My Endo was all over my abdomin but thankfully not in my tubes or effecting my overies. Endo seems to make up its own rules, my friend who is younger (under 35) and doesn't have any complications took the same amount of time as me to fall pregnant the first time. Have no idea what the future holds but I'm now getting to the point where I need to take control and draw a line under everything and say I'm done with trying and start plan B. My daughter starts school in September and I've been a stay at home mum so there's nothing to keep me at home anymore. My advice would be go for it and see what happens you may fall quickly but if you don't you have time on your hands to try new things including IVF hopefully.

Endo causes a bad environment for a baby to implant and it doesn't make any difference where you have it, but this isn't true for a few, some don't have these killer cells hanging around killing sperm or embryos off in the first place, but from what I gather most do have problems conceiving. It boils down to no endo good environment, endo bad environment. If it is cut out properly by a proper surgeon you shouldn't have a problem. X

I too have endo and many other things and at 36 was told by a moron doctor I was going thru early menopause and would never have a baby to give up. did not know about my endo at that time... So i did give up ....as I had in the past cried myself to sleep for years worrying about babies and made myself sick over it all....... I met a guy and told him sorry can't have kids "i finally came to a conclusion if I can't be a mom I will be the greatest aunt ever....for years people tried to tell me to stop worrying......and quite frankly when I REALLY DID STOP worrying voila within 3 months of meeting my man i was pregnant. and have my 51/2 year old miracle girl. so i truly believe stress and all has a huge part in it and to try and relax I don't know how many times I have heard (with conditions and all) that the minute women really stop worring... it happens....I truly feel for you as I am one who thought that is truly the reason I am here to be a mom!! so I wish you all the best of luck and truly hope you can have your baby!!! good luck!
