does anyone wake up during the night to go to te toilet alot and then cant get back to sleep ??
Every single night lol!! Last night was the worst, it kept happening, and i didnt get to sleep till 6 am! i was just staring at the ceiling or sitting on the loo!! It's a nightmare!!! xx
your telling me i have a 11 month boy who also wakes up i just go on my face book or read about endo i toss n turn it ends up waking my fella up!!! i go bed and some times wake up every half hour say awake for upto 2 hours my seeping patern is so messed up also because of the pain i dont get to sleep some nights till 3/4 in morning just messing on my phone xx
its such a pain i know, have you tried listening to relaxation music? it helps but sometimes i get so pissed off with it i switch it off because i dont no what to do with myself!! and the worst thing is, im and im sure you are too, are so exhausted that we want to sleep but our bodys just wont let us, i have nights where all i do is cry and cry its horrible! have you seen your doc about it?? xx
my doctor is useless im going to go back tomorrow as i need to change my medication as im on tramadol and thats not working it just makes me fell tired even more and aggressive and im sick on them, as for music im planning getting a mp5 player or something just to help me sleep!!!xx
yeh im on tramadol, codeine, naproxin, ibuprofen and paracetomol! and none of it touches it!!!! i also have to use a pain reliver cream on my bum, becuase of everything my bum hole has ripped, and thats so painfiul!! but my doc wont give me any stronger pain killers!!! when i was in hosp even morphine didnt get rid of it all! its horrible!! let me no what pain killers u get tomorrow and if they work xx
i will let you know as soon as iv been to the doctors today is a very bad day today for me so bad i cant stand a cook a meal im gonna order takeaway....lol xx
