does anyone else find it hard to sleep and eat.hurts my stomach when i eat.and i am on picolax once a week.anyone else got the same symptoms
hi kasy i am having problems sleeping and eating,i do find laxatives once/twice a week do help to a certain degree,as being constipated causes more pain.i also suffer with bad nausea too.xxx
Hey, i can hardly sleep because of the pain, it hurts when i open my bowels which doesnt happen loads because im always constipated, resulting in me being terrified to tgo to the toilet! I have no appetite what so ever! I have about half a meal everyday, as eating sets my pain off aswell! I hope theres something thats out there that can help us xxx

I have had troubles with getting to sleep and with eating/ bowel issues for donkeys.
In July I had my 5th Lap, they found my bowel had completely moulded itself to my uterus & immense scaring tissue in my pouch of douglas ... explaining a lot of the pain connected to passing stools and why taking codeine for the pain resulted in more pain because it made me so bunged up!!! (the joy of modern medicine!)
I have recently given up wheat as a result of reading:
"Endometriosis- A key to healing and fertility through nutrition" - Dian Shepperson Mills & Michael Vernon.
Now if your anything like me, you will have seen a book titled and thought.... urgh more stuff to read through- wont bother. But it is without a doubt, a Godsend.
Changing my diet has NOT cured me by any means, I still have very painful and hellish days, but changing my diet to be free of wheat and taking 'fybogel' once or twice a day has been really helping to make life more managealbe.
(Eating early and Pukka night time tea is great)

i always find it hard to sleep mate.i don't go to the toilet that often neither.i goes to the toilet once a week with the help of picolax.im in pain 24/7 i am currently waiting for a conloscopy to see any visable endo signs.in the bowel.i am also currently suffering from a chocolate cyst on my left ovary.they told me that it would just dissapeare. do you find it impossible to have sex.because i do and i also don't climax neither do you suffer with the same. going back to the diet i have only just started so not sure on that yet.kasy.xxxx
