Have been reading about DLPA, and how it can help with pain and depression, and it seems to be a bit of a wonder drug, but you know that saying if it sounds too good to be true it probablly is....
Well is it or does it actually work? I'M so tempted to buy some and try it, has anyone else tried it or thinking about taking it?
I was thinking about taking it but my doctor said because i am taking Zoladex not too because she doesn't know what the side effects if any will be. Although i am thinking about taking them anyway.

they sell it on amazon,, theys a fair few reviews on this ,, they do say its not a miracle drug it doesnt take the pain away but it does take the edge off,, its also used for losing weight too ,xx

Hi the endo diet certainly does help, I have cut out wheat and gluten and caffeine, but struggling with the chocolate, i have a very sweet tooth…
Bread wise if you try Asda own make gluten free bread its quite good, sadly non of them are good for toast! x
